We were assisted by the nicest staff member named Paul. He had great product knowledge and overall was a delight to deal with. We would return to that store in order to deal with him.

Paul afforded myself his time with no pressure. His friendly approach and his knowledge of your products really aided me with my purchase without my husband's presence. For me this was a return visit as I was impressed with service given to my Mother in the purchase of her new mattress with this store before the pandemic. This was one of the main reasons I came to thus store. I like there was no hard sale but just knowledgeable friendly staff to advise you. The is an excellent approach to enhance the customers experience and results in more future return visit to your stores when people need purchases. I would for that service recommend your shop to other people.

Paul took the time to talk me through my order and place it for me in store. I'd never bought a proper bed before, so his knowledge helped. Also his service was first class and as a shop manager myself, I appreciated that.

Paul the gentleman who served me explained everything he listened to me got me to lie on the bed to see what bed would be best for me i ended up with the first bed i tried excellent customer service would highly recommend dreams to all my friends and family

Paul made buying 2 mattresses a very enjoyable experience he made sure that we spent the time testing the mattresses starting with the Sleep match and then suggested we try various mattresses that would be suited to our needs, he also recommended a pillow both for myself and my husband which we bought. Our mattresses are only going to take 1 week to deliver

As soon as I came into the store, Emma the young lady came to my aide and helped me choose an ideal mattress for me, she was very helpful / knowledgeable and polite.

I’ve been going into the shop for a few times to have a look at the mattresses and the girl who helped us was very helpful. I am a little apprehensive as this was my first time buying a mattress. Emma was very helpful. There was a problem with credit but she helped us with an alternative method. We could split the payments. She was very tenacious and that was very helpful for us

Paul was very helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. Also very informative of the products he was selling.

Knowledgeable salesman prepared to answer all our questions and did not rush us in any way. His approach was very customer based and friendly.
