The shopping experience was very enjoyable. I was buying bedroom furniture and took my measurements to the shop. The sales assistant, Charlotte could not have been more helpful. She helped me double check everything so that it would fit in my bedroom. I also needed a divan bed and again, everything was explained, I was shown all of the different beds available and made my choice. Charlotte explained the ordering process very thoroughly and was more than happy to answer my questions. Although we had to social distance this was in no way a problem. I was offered a very welcome cup of coffee and Charlotte even took time for a quick chat about her tattoo with my daughter. The other staff in the shop were all very pleasant and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Extremely happy with both Annette and Gregg. Both so helpful from the get go. Made to feel comfortable while Gregg explained the sleepmatch. And the same with Annette whole trying the different mattresses.
