Very clean place .Assistance was great ,talk us through a lot & giving us a good understanding of what we needed .

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to listen to our needs and what we liked and disliked as we went round and then used this to find something more suitable. We were offered drinks and made to feel valued and welcome.

Extremely impressed with the assistant (Devenne) ( I may not have spelled that properly) in the Stockton store She was polite and informative. Also David when I returned to the store to complete the order. I would highly recommend this store

Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Engaged with us very early on and understood exactly what we were looking for. Staff were focussed on getting us the right product for us rather than the most expensive items.

Staff went over and above Staff stayed an extra hour after store regular closing time to make sure we got the almost perfect bed (, nothing is perfect not even me) despite having a cat to feed (in joke with David at Portrack)

Mark F who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable and found us just what was needed. Drink was offered at time of purchase and discounts applied through special offers. Great service.
