From stepping one foot in the door I was met with lovely friendly smiles from staff on getting three steps in the door I looked at one member of staff who is called Mark and asked if it was OK to take a look around what a good man was mark very knowledgeable and asked a lot off questions so he could work out what was going to be best beds for my family other staff members also gave valuable information and made our experience so easy and welcoming mark put me and then the wife on a test bed due to that I knew I was in the right shop for buying beds and pillows the service which we received was far more than I expected mark went beyond his job the care he has is so lovely what a great team at Dreams hope to shop in the near future thank again to all.
