Able to obtain a bed that meets the needs of my disabled dad .sales person david was very knowledgeable and catered for all our needs in buying the best bed . I feel as though they listened to us giving us all the information we needed. I felt very safe in the store in regards to social distancing andhand hygiene . Also being able to pick my own delivery date which makes my life easier thankyou

Charlotte was very approachable friendly and attentive. She provided loads of detail about each product and why they suited our needs. All details provided in writing regarding our choice. We needed to measure our current bed therefore Charlotte provide exact mattress measurements etc
