We dealt with Gregg at the Portrack store in Stockton and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He didn’t crowd us but was there when needed and was very knowledgeable

Having visited a nearby company (Bensons for Beds), where the staff were totally unhelpful, and just told us to look around and ask a question if we needed to, whilst they carried on their own conversation, in Dreams we were warmly greeted and guided through our purchase from start to finish. The sales assistant Charlotte, was both knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us enough options to chose from the ones the advisory machine had given her, but not too many as to make it mind boggling. She was patient and gave us plenty of time to make our final decision.

Alert attentive polite assistant who made you feel as if you were the most important person on the planet . Nothing was too much for her ,very knowledgable and full of interesting ideas and suggestions .A most definite company asset .I would have given her a job in my surgery after this one meeting
