Really satisfied with the service received from start to finish. The sales assistant, Annette, was extremely helpful. Upon arrival she gave us a very warm welcome to the store but then let us browse a little without hovering over us. I already knew what bed frame I wanted but I wasn't sure of the mattress. Annette, provided assistance using the sleep match system. Whilst the sleep match system was assessing my needs, Annette offered us a coffee, which was a lovely coffee may I add. Once the sleep match system had determined which mattress would meet my needs, Annette proceeded to show me a number of mattresses with a varied price range. After I decided which mattress to purchase with the bed frame, the sale was quick and easy. Really happy with the purchase and can't wait for it to arrive.
