Th young lady who served us was warm, friendly and knowledgeable

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome, from the moment we walked in the door.

We booked a time slot and even though the shop was busy with customers just turning up - it was not long before an assistant came to help us. I really admire his ability to handle both sets of customers at the same time without making us feel less special and lacking support.

Devone was brilliant at portrack Lane Dreams and was patient with us excellent and David was brilliant aswell overall experience was absolutely faultless excellent staff.

Charlotte looked after us so well. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful - giving great advice which made the whole process of choosing a bed so much easier & more comfortable.
