The guidance and knowledge of the products (comparing to other stores I visited on the day too) was second to none Charlotte was extreamly helpful and listened to my needs and explained everything in detail

The assistant was very helpful and friendly with a good knowledge of products. I was given the option of trying out the bed that tells you the type of bed you would be suited to. I then tried out the various options until choosing the one that suited me best. My decision. I felt completely at ease, not pressurised at all. An enjoyable experience and the cup of tea was very welcome when completing my purchase.
