Mark made the whole experience nice

I was very impressed with the efforts made by the store to keep everyone safe. They ensured that every customer used the hand gel and the beds were protected before trying them. Annette was very friendly and lovely with our son. We took a while to make a choice but this wasn’t a problem to her. We used the sleep match machine which helped to make our decision.

The guidance and knowledge of the products (comparing to other stores I visited on the day too) was second to none Charlotte was extreamly helpful and listened to my needs and explained everything in detail
