I would normally order things like this online after viewing in store but gregg and his team made me want to buy from them helping keep their team some commission rather than doing it online. I visited Dreams on recommendation of a family member, I came in the store was greeted by Charlotte as she wizzes by with another customer still to make sure we are ok and that she will be with us soon. She gave us time to look around and as soon as we wanted her she appeared, worked really hard you could tell. the shop was very busy and managed things really well. Her knowledge was 2nd to none of the product as I done a bit of research on it my self she really reassured me and she knew what she was talking about, she had my best interest at heart. All in all Charlotte was, passionate about the product, caring for the customer, hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and a excellent sales person. She is a credit to the store and shines the brand really well.
