Charlotte was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent time with us choosing our new mattress. Certainly had a no pressure sales attitude and didn't try to upsell or add on any other items. We would unreservedly recommend Charlotte to any of our friends looking to buy a replacement mattress or bed

I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store. Both Gregg and Jane were extremely friendly and very helpful. All social distancing measures were followed.

Went to the store to look for a new bed and headboard. Purchased a mattress from dream 2 years ago. Spoke with Annette who helped us choose the new bed. Returned then next week to find the expected delivery date had moved forward and was all in stock. Very happy with paying a slightly higher price for a better quality

Visited the store as we needed to replace our mattress, we were greated at the door by very friendly staff in full ppe and made to feel free to look around we were then assisted by David who checked to see what our needs were and what suited us best, we were given a good variety of options and were able to test the products for comfort in store, sanitizing before and after use, great service. Thanks David
