From walking into the store we were greeted and then helped through our choice. At no time did we feel pressured and came away knowing we’d gone to the correct store.

Rick, who assisted us was very friendly and helpful, he checked and came back with answers to all of our questions and made us feel valued as customers.

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Rebecca/Becki. She spent lots of time with us and actually listened to what we wanted. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything

Total professional services, measured on the dreams machine as we were unsure as to what mattress we would need, Mick was very knowledgeable and helped immensely, an enjoyable experience.

Firstly asked if I’d like refreshment, big plus, tho on this occasion I did decline, Rebecca, made sure I was totally at ease, answered everything I asked, showed me the products I requested in addition to main item, Very pleasant, friendly staff, The safety and care of customers was apparent, throughout the store,

Charlotte welcomed us and made us feel welcome from entering the shop, she was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit, Charlotte and Rik went above and beyond for us and we would definitely return to this store, we never felt rushed but very relaxed whilst choosing our bed and we were professionally informed of products

The store was very busy and the staff were adhering to Covid legislations. Once we had Dreams colleague David, we found exactly what we wanted, he was very thoughtful, informative, patient and mindful of other people in the store, guiding us to help maintain social distance. He was also very friendly and accommodating, the transaction was totally transparent and smooth, a very positive experience thanks to David 👏👏

We experienced extremely good customer service from a store colleague called Becky. The store was busy when we arrived however a staff member still came over to us to ask if we needed any assistance, as we were unsure of which products would be suitable for us the staff member advised to try the bed experience to see which mattress would be more suitable for us. After this was complete Becky talked us through the recommended mattresses and made sure we were happy with the prices and also helped us choose a bed frame. The payment transaction ran extremely smoothly and Becky offered us a drink and made us feel comfortable. Becky was highly knowledgable and friendly and we couldn’t of asked for a better experience in store. We had previously visited another leading bed store before arriving at dreams and was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. Thank you Stockton Dreams and especially Becky for a fantastic experience. We are super excited to receive our new bed and frame.
