I rarely give such high ratings when completing surveys. I am sure I would have been able to get the products I was looking for cheaper, however in your sales team of Charlotte and David at the Portrack store and the help and assistance they provided persuaded me not to seek a better deal elsewhere. They both are, in my opinion, a major sales asset to the Dreams brand and I would have no reservations in recommending to others, who are considering purchasing a bed, they try the Portrack store before looking elsewhere.

I was greeted at the door by a member of staff, ran through the COVID rules / guidance for the store in a friendly way. I was then asked what I was looking for which was a new mattress, I was asked to use a machine that measured the ideal type of mattress for me, which I did. This was then straight into looking at mattresses and trying them out. I chose one I liked, then was offered a bottle of water while we worked through the ordering process, which was easy enough, followed by booking a delivery slot to suit my needs.
