The lady that served me was very helpful and made my purchase very clear and easy to do.

As soon as I entered the store Charlotte greeted me after I had sanitised my hands. I explained I had seen a sofa bed online and wanted to see it in store first. She was able to show me the item straight away. I then asked if I could have a quote due to different offers been on. She offered me a coffee or water while I waited. I declined as I was going for a drink in the shop opposite while I decided on what I was going to do. When I came back Charlotte was with another customer but she introduced me to Mark who was just as helpful. So I am very pleased with the service.

We were in the Stockton branch and we were dealt with by Becky. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the bed we were interested in. She also recommended a mattress that would suit our 11 year old. Overall we are very happy with our visit.

Nicely set out store with plenty of beds on show for you to look at. Lovely clean showroom. The member of staff was very welcoming he couldn’t have made us more welcome. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful in answering any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend your store to friends, first class service.
