Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me a drink of water and ensured I was safe following Covid procedures. It was my first time buying my own mattress and they talked me through it and gave me the best advice. Ensuring that the mattress was suitable to me and talking me through all my options. They made what started as a stressful shopping trip into a pleasant experience.

Hi it was lovely to be greeted by the sales assistant. She asked what I was looking for and made every effort to find the type of bed and mattress I was looking for and within the price range I gave . She showed me numerous beds and gave us a mattress test I think it was called lol . I had been in a couple of bed shops previous to coming into dreams on Friday and wasn’t greeted by or assisted in anyway at all . It was so nice to have a lovely , helpful sales assistant who went out of her way to find what we were looking for .
