Staff were very friendly, my sales assistant was under training and obviously nervous but the other 2 colleagues on shift were willing to help her out as much as possible. The price and sale discounts were a major factor. I liked the assessment machine and I was under no pressure to purchase any of the items it recommended. I came away very happy.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me a drink of water and ensured I was safe following Covid procedures. It was my first time buying my own mattress and they talked me through it and gave me the best advice. Ensuring that the mattress was suitable to me and talking me through all my options. They made what started as a stressful shopping trip into a pleasant experience.
