The store was busy meaning we had to wait whilst a colleague became available. Once they were available they quickly answered our questions and arranged our order.

I was welcomed by Charlotte in the Stockton-on-Tees store an she asked if I needed help with anything I was looking around the store for a mattress that I seen in a advert but it was not on the shop floor she said we have got one out back and she arranged to go and get it so I could try it out after trying it out I bought mattress and was offered if I would like a drink while she processed my order the team we're very friendly and very helpful so would like to say thanks Charlotte for helping and taking the time to go out back for mattress I was interested in, a lot of other shops would of not done this so I would recommend dreams a place to go for a mattress or bed
