From the moment we walked in, we were looked after, offered a bottle of water and left to browse. We were allowed to look around without being pestered, and the staff seemed to anticipate when we were ready to talk to someone. Mark, the chap who looked after us was great. Exceptionally knowledgeable, personable and beyond helpful. And patient - we didn't listen properly to the Sleep Match video as we were too relaxed, so we had to do it twice! The Sleep Match technology is great - we wouldn't have had a clue where to start so it paired us up with mattress options really easily. I'd highly recommend the store and the products, and we're looking forward to our new delivery! Kim & Darren

Greeted at the door on entering, very friendly and welcoming service by all staff. The sales advisor (Mark), was extremely helpful and ensured we retained covid awareness and safety while explaining everything and taking us around the store. All products were described and explained really well, with no pressure or obligation, the sleep matching was a really great touch too and all the results and subsequent steps were very well delivered, we were made to feel like valued customers. The ordering process was a little slow, but this was due to the thoroughness of checking details, applying discounts and process of applying for finance. We were given delivery dates but these were pushed back by some of the products ordered, however, the store manager did say he would check, and let us know if a sooner date became available. The staff were also very good and patient with our children, and overall we had a very good customer experience and would highly recommend this store to family and friends.

Greeted by Mark as soon as entering the store he kept his distance the whole time and had great knowledge of the products that fitted our needs nothing was too much trouble for him. Very friendly.

I knew the bedframe i wanted but wasnt sure on the mattress as it was my first time buying a mattress as its my first home. They put me on the machine to check the kind of mattress my body needed I always have a bad back so because of the machine i have high hopes for my mattress and reduction in aching!
