A member of staff was available to help me straight away and I loved the computerised bed used to choose a mattress to suit my needs! Covid measures also made me feel very safe.

Even though the store was extremely busy, the manager, who was at the store entrance overseeing the store, coordinated the staff like the conductor of an orchestra, ensuring no customers were left unattended, but still affording them time to browse the products. This was really appreciated as we did not feel rushed or under pressure from staff, allowing us to concentrate on the products we had researched on line. The member of staff who dealt with our enquiries, and subsequently our purchase, was helpful, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. This service was so impressive, we changed our plans as we were intending to compare the beds with another adjacent national store (Bensons), we decided to cancel that and we completed the purchase there and then.
