We said that we wanted to just have a look as we feel uneasy with staff being over powering and Charlotte was really helpful pointed out a fed different mattress then left us to it till we were ready

The store was clean and COVID secure. The staff were very friendly on entering and gave us directions as to where certain beds were. We were allowed to look around before Charlotte asked if we needed help or advise. She was very knowledgeable about the products and allowed us to try the beds before making our choice. We were pleased to find the bed and mattress were in stock and available for delivery when it suited us. The cover for the items was explained in detail.

Store staff extremely friendly, they were very knowledgeable and understanding to what we needed and showed us some great mattresses.

Shop assistant was waiting at the door and stayed with us throughout and was most helpful in every way. Cannot fault the service
