We attended Dreams on Portrack Lane in the North East. as soon as we went in we were greeted by Charlotte and she gave us the space to have a browse first but let us know she was there. Once we were ready to try some mattresses she was so helpful, it couldn't have been easier to select our mattress and getting the finance sorted at the end was so easy. Would most delfinitely reccomend this store and Charlotte was just fantastic. 10/10.

We were able to choose an item that was available for delivery within a week, instead of having to wait several weeks and the bed had a £100 discount.

We were offered assistance immediately and Charlotte was excellent with giving us info that we needed. She helped us choose the perfect bed for our new home. We were offered water which was a lovely little extra. We left the store very chuffed with the experience and our purchase.

We arrived near to closing time but staff still made us feel welcome and spent time with us without rushing. Enjoyed the mattress technology.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of opportunity to investigate different products. Although we exceeded our initial budget we feel that ultimately we were guided to the right product.
