Me and my partner are both first time buyers and weren’t sure at all about what we were looking for but the colleague at dreams, I believe his name was Mark, was extremely helpful and made sure we got the best product for our price! Overall extremely happy with the service.

The assistant was Devonne was very helpful and pleasant I bought a automatic bed but was worried about been able to use the bed,she went all through the working of the bed and I was very happy.

The member of staff that served us offered the ‘perfect’ buying experience. We were greeted at the door, and the same member of staff stayed with us throughout the 2 hour researching and buying experience, never pushy, always patient and had we have walked away without buying either bed or mattress had we have needed time to think that would have been fine as well. We were really happy with the effort made to help us pick the right mattress as both my husband and I suffer with bad backs from time to time. In relation to COVID-19, social distancing was adhered to at all times but were delighted we were able to use the showroom as it should be used. We were extremely glad we didn’t rush into purchasing anything online during the last lockdown because you only really know if a mattress is right by testing it and we were most grateful of the opportunity to do this in your showroom with this particular member of staff who was very knowledgeable.

Our experience when shopping in dreams is really good the customer service is really good and they take there time in helping with everything you need we didn’t fell rushed I was nice to be able to take our time and find what we wanted

The girl was in training and she still did an amazing job. She helped us decide on a mattress and showed us lots of options using an informed choice.

Charlotte was extremely helpful from start to finish. She provided courteous friendly advice and guidance throughout whilst also giving us time alone to discuss our decision. All in all she made the purchase easy and informed without any sales agenda. Very happy with the overall experience and looking forward to receiving our new mattress.
