was happy with service @ sales person was really helpful,but cant comment on items i ordered because i havent recieved them yet.

Assistant Rebecca was knowledgeable and explained difference in mattresses to us well.

We were uncertain of the type of mattress and bed we needed and given some medical issues, we needed some expert advice. The sleep dream equipment and software was a pleasant surprise backed up by the excellent support from the Sales Advisor, David. All options were clearly explained and we were encouraged to spend plenty of time to consider the different types of mattresses in particular. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience. All the staff were friendly.

The sales person Mark was very friendly and helpful without being pushy in anyway so considering he has not been in the position of working there that long he was very professional and we were pleased with his attitude towards us as customers. Enjoyable experience shopping at Dreams in Stockton.

Was made to feel welcome as soon I we walked in the store. Charlotte came straight over asked if we needed help said just having a look. And when we wanted help to give her a shout we did that and what a fantastic help she was! Went beyond with us too. And the girl next to her sorry can’t remember her name! As we wanted a bed frame but wasn’t available in the size we wanted

Absolutely first class service from Mark..He made us feel so relaxed he was very knowledgeable. We tried numerous mattresses For comfort and definately took our time till we found the correct one for us...we were not rushed by Mark at all. He explained everything we asked and we are well aware the bed will take in excess of 10 weeks...Its the TV superking and it looks amazing, I just know its going to be worth the wait.

Very helpful in all aspects

Store colleague, Devonne, was friendly and helpful with our questions, and offered us the Sleepmatch service which helped us a great deal in finding what we should be looking for. She was patient with us wanting to try different mattresses and return to ones we'd tried, so that we could find the perfect one; and she seemed focused on getting us the best mattress for us, and not just selling the most expensive mattress possible.

The assistant was just right, knowledgeable, helpful and no sales pressure

We were welcomed in store by a friendly lady, she offered the sleep test to help us decide which mattress we needed. She went through the options and let us test them out. She gave us her knowledge and gave us time alone to chat and decide. We couldn’t decide so she helped us narrow down our options. It was a very pleasant experience the lady was lovely and heloful
