I came to purchase a new mattress from the Stockton on tees store. I have found in a few shops that the covid measures taken prove to be confusing however in Dreams it was straightforward from entering which was great. The store had such good quality products and I was able to take my time to have a look around and see what I liked. I entered the shop with the intention of buying a specific mattress however that wasn’t in store and Charlotte showed me similar ones and assured me I could order through the store, Charlotte was extremely helpful and helped me find a completely different mattress which was the comfiest I had ever found! I was on a tight schedule but still Charlotte managed to help me find the perfect mattress and inform me well throughout while also being a pleasure to speak to! The mattress was on offer with freebies which was great and I look forward to coming back to purchase a mattress protector and browse bed frames, My mother has even said she will be purchasing the mattress from store for herself too! All round great experience.. Great store, Great customer service and great products. Thank you, Charlotte & Dreams!

As everything went smoothly and not pested by over zelest staff

When entering the store we were greeted by Mark who was very welcoming. We told him what we were looking for and he knew exactly which products were right for us. He sanitised the bed and side table for us before we made contact with it. We immediately made our decision to buy the products as a result of how helpful and knowledgeable Mark was.

Rebecca was very polite and efficient and answered my questions knowledgeably. I didn't feel at all rushed while I was there and felt like a valued customer. A very pleasant experience.

Professional staff, good product at a good price

The Colleague Rebecca her product knowledge was outstanding she really helped me find the correct bed within my budget. Explained all the different bed types and mattresses greatly and made confident in purchasing a bed as I had never had to buy a bed before. So really great customer experience.
