The assistant was fantastic as I was a bit lost as there is so much choice. She put me and ease, was very knowledgeable and helped me chose. Great service.

Annette was brilliant. She listened to what we were looking for and then suggested a range of products that matched.

David was exemplary in being a salesman whilst leaving us to contemplate our opinions without being oppressive. He was friendly, courteois, funny and professional. We liked David!

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The lady who helped us find the best bed was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly, she made us feel very comfortable. We later found she was still in her training period and we were shocked to hear this as the service was so good. Lovely staff, I will definitely be back.

The employee that was serving us knew what we would like knew how to talk to us and make us feel comfortable when trying the beds very impressed with how ‘not pushy’ he was and how truthful he was with the products

Was greeted on entering the store, by Charlotte she was really helpful and knowledgable, pointed us in the right direction and also was not overly attentive and let us ship at ease when we were ready to order she gave us peace of mind and took her time even though there was only her and one other colleague in the store at the time and really could of been more staff !

Charlotte, our sales advisor was extremely kind and helpful. She found out exactly what our needs where and our price range. She recommended the relevant products and didn't try and sell us something that was not what we had asked for. She went above and beyond to help us, she even allowed us to use the test bed. We were offered drinks whilst in-store and found everyone so helpful and pleasant
