The shop was very clean & spacious,I didn’t feel rushed in selecting the goods & David answered my questions knowledgeable

Our sales advisor Annette was very knowledgable, patient and took the time to understand our needs. Product range in the store was also very good. We were not pressured to buy straight away as it was a significant amount of money, this was great and being in sales myself this approach is by far the best way to get a customer to buy. Overall an excellent experience !

When i entered the store I was approached by an assistant who asked if I needed help. I said I was just looking and was left alone. Later when I did need assistance another assistant gave me advice about the products and showed me the range of products which fulfilled my requirements. Ordering was quick and easy. Everything was clearly explained and the assistant was pleasant and friendly. I can't fault the service I received.

We were made to feel welcome. We had two young children in tow so we weren’t sure how it would go. But we were made to feel at ease and they went at our pace, incorporating the children too.

This was my first time at Dreams and I can’t praise the staff enough they made looking for a bed and a mattress so much easier and felt very relaxed
