Friendly staff through out the process. Got given multiple options and could lay on the mattresses again to make the final decision. Staff had good product knowledge and answered all questions

Found all was extremely helpful especially the lady who served my wife and I. knows the products understood our needs excellent at what she does (the store manager (i think) was pretty good as well advising of offers etc overall a really excellent service

We went into the store, Covid secure and sanitiser on hand. One colleague even explained the use of the dispenser. We were then left to browse around then Annette came to help. She explained the features of the bed and told us of the guarantee we could have for 8 years peace of mind. Great customer service

Great service, polite and friendly making the process quick and easy

We were greeted upon entry to the store with a warm welcome, asked what we were looking for and guided to the sleep study bed. Once finished we were shown all compatible mattresses and given a pillow with tissue to use to try the mattress’s out. We did not feel pressured into buying an “expensive” mattress like we have previously encountered (at a different shop) we were given all our options and lots of information around the items we were looking at. Charlotte was lovely, made great conversation with us, made us feel at ease and made the whole process seamless, we were offered us a bottle of water which was a nice touch and made to feel very hungry talking about Greggs...a big thank you to her for helping us buy our mattress!
