Excellent friendly customer service form beginning to end. All questions and queries answered very well. Never felt pressured about any item we looked at. Really pleased as I have had spine surgery and hip replacement, the Dream bed sorted all that out for me and our sales person was very good.

Staff were helpful in explaining the product and answering questions. My 10 year old son who we were purchasing a double bed for is autistic and can have heightened behaviours, the staff were lovely with him and assisted him in making his choice, he felt very comfortable in your store.

Good covid measures, polite and attentive staff but not pushy at all. Loved the mattress analysis.

Manager Greg was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy and knew his products. We were not rushed to make a decision. The choice was wide but narrowed down by your computer driven machine and Greg's advice. Overall a very successful visit.
