We were greeted when entering the shop and given plenty of time to browse the selection of bed. The sales advisor provided us with helpful product information and was very helpful throughout.

Customer service was great. Delivery was available within days and products look appealing

We were greeted by one of your dales staff who was lovely, we knew we needed a new bed for comfort, so was taken over to the dream bed for the 3 minute assessment for our needs. She was very knowledgeable and we tried for different types of mattress so we could decide which was our preferred, no hard sell which we really like so a really good experience for us.

Excellent Customer care The Lady who assisted me was Charlotte she was an absolute star ,she is a credit to your company . I would like to say that every member of staff were very pleasant from walking into of the store to walking out ,one very satisfied Customer. We had visited Dreams previously and we returned to order the bed we wanted, Becky (Rebecca) remembered us and was very happy to help. She was very friendly and professional and we felt that nothing was a trouble.

Friendly staff, not afraid to ask advice from other members of staff if they did not know something. Not pushy with “extras”.

Becky was just about to finish her probationary period we were told but you would never gave known! Super efficient, knew all about the products. We never felt rushed at all. I explained I had medical needs too and she went above and beyond to explain how different beds could help and support and we were even given discount for buying two. Very impressed with her service and will go back as promised and update on my progress!

Perfect greeting, the lady explained the key on the bed / mattress exploration stands. Made us feel welcome with our 3 children. Left us to have a look then came to find us to help with our choices
