Friendly, efficient, and all round good service

Upon entering g the store we were greeted by the assistant who explained the store layout and service. We were allowed to look in our own time and the assistant was available and very helpful when we needed advice.

A good service, friendly staff, not pushie lots of support and advice.

The lady I spoke to on the phone when ordering my mattress was very informative, and had a lovely manner, I was highly satisfied, thankyou 😊

Mark knew everything there was to know about beds ! He was not persuasive and I didn't feel under pressure to buy. That is why I bought from him because I didn't feel pressured into.sometjinf. he put the customers needs first

No issues whatsoever - though at this stage of the survey my product has yet to be delivered - perhaps the survey would be more accurate then. Because that’s often when any issues will occur….

I liked the Sleep Match machine. I was not looking forward to testing a load of mattresses, but the Sleep Match narrowed it all down for me, and with Annette's knowledge of your stock, I found a mattress I liked. Annette was very helpful and talked through the options available to me. I also liked the thoughtful touch of bottled water, as it was a hot day.

I saw a large selection of mattresses and prices. I first had the body scan bed and Annette guided me to the mattresses that the scan indicated. After trying various mattresses I was able to make a decision. I was well looked after and left the store very satisfied with the service Annette gave me. The only criticism might be the delivery time. But otherwise I was most satisfied.
