Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Your employee David was extremely helpful and patient and I can't thank him enough.

The colleague was friendly and had good knowledge of the type of bed I was looking for.

Me and my partner went in for a new mattress but we didn't haven't a clue which one would be the best as I suffer with my joints. The asstaint was very helpful with us and went through everything with us. I was very pleased with the service and the purchase we received I carnt wait to try my new mattress and hopefully have a good night's sleep.

Seen by Chatkotte on my two visits. New the products very well. Had lots of helpful information to give me. Allowed me plenty of time to go away and think and got everything sorted out for me on my second visit. The store was having problems with their Internet, and the staff were very apologetic despite it not being their fault, and still managed to complete the order on paper forms, and called round other stores to allow me to pay for my order with card over the telephone.

Sales assistant was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. We also felt safe in the store, covid guidelines were well established and practised.

Becky was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. She was not pushy at all. A credit to the Stockton store.

Our customer service assistant, Charlotte, was extremely helpful. She took the time to ensure we knew what we were looking for and explained both the pros and cons of the options available. Charlotte didn't pressure us into a purchase but gave us the time and space to come to our own decision.
