Very clean store with excellent customer service very friendly and helpful. Staff very safety conscious with regard to Covid. Loads of choice really happy with my purchase. Have already recommended Dreams to my daughter.

From the moment I entered the store the staff were friendly, displayed great knowledge of the products and did their utmost to help me purchase the best products for my needs. I cannot think of a time when I have been more impressed with the service provided in a store. It truly was a first class experience. I will have no hesitation in recommending the store to others looking for beds or bed products. And if I need anything in the future I would not DREAM of going anywhere else. Thank you to all your staff.

No issues found bed bought it quick and easy

Charlotte was very patient and helpful. She showed us the mattress selector and helped us decide which one would be best for us. Her customer service was excellent.

Very friendly staff. Greeted immediately and offered assistance. Advised to use the bed that tells you which mattress suits you best. Nothing was too much for the staff in store. All covid measures were met without feeling like I was a problem.

Staff immediately welcomed me as I walked through the door and offered me water even though they were rearranging a display bed. I don’t normally like this as It often feels like I am being harassed the minute I walk through the door which makes me feel uncomfortable. However this was not the case a nice welcome to dreams and asking if I’d like a drink made me feel welcome and relaxed. I was then allowed to browse in my own time and once I had a question on the product they were on hand within a couple of seconds. I wish all shops adopted this approach.

Friendly helpful service

Great customer care skills, listened to what we needed and showed us the beds we wanted to look at. Annette also offered a bottle of water while we were looking. What a lovely lady, credit to the company.

Very good costumer service. Sales assistant Charlotte was very nice, kind and well knowledge. I felt comfortable and safe while shopping at Dreams. I really like the sleeping machine.
