Becky the sales assistant was lovely, took her time with us and helped us decide what to get.

Was pleased with overall service from the staff,which was helpful in deciding what we wanted.and in no pressure to make a quick decision on the items we purchased.

Charlotte at dreams in portrack was extremely approachable and helpful. Her manner was friendly and very professional. After being chased around bensons for beds across the road it was lovely to be welcomed by a friendly and conscientious person.

I got what I needed

We had a lovely experience picking our first bed and mattress for our new home. Annette allowed us time to take in the variety of beds and mattresses and offered help when necessary. I felt as though she had our best interests at heart and would definitely come back for another bed again.

The store was not only covid secure but Charlotte who served us went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It really makes a difference knowing there is people like her looking after us!
