Really good service, david was really friendly from Stockton store, welcomed us on arrival, was really helpful, we went on bed machine to work out what mattress we needed, we tried a couple of mattresses. Really pleased with service and excited for new mattresses to arrive

Devonne was a font of knowledge. She knew exactly what we wanted when we said it was a bed for our 8 year old daughter. She showed her the two beds on the computer in the colours she wanted. She took us straight to the perfect mattress

Mark at the Portrack Lane store greeted us as we entered the shop. He was very knowledgable and ensured he listened to what I was asking for. He allowed me to be matched with a variety of mattresses on the technology bed and showed me around the different mattresses, answering all of my questions throughout. He was also friendly and had a laugh which was nice.

It was nice to be greeted and told of the rules and regulations to Covid. Given own pillow and cover and allowed to browse without being pressurised. When we needed assistance Mark was prompt and courteous and explained all options available
