The service we received from Charlotte at the Portrack Lane branch was exceptional. She was very friendly, highly professional and impressively knowledgeable about all the items we enquired about and eventually purchased. I feel that Charlotte went above and beyond to help us and she is a real credit to your company.

The sales advisor Rebecca first took us to the mattress machine as we were unsure whether we needed a firm or medium mattress, or if indeed we needed a split mattress. She explained how it worked and left us to follow the instructions. She advised what mattress was suggested for us both and asked what kind of budget we were looking at, something a lot of stores don’t do and show you the most expensive item first, and whether memory foam was something were we interested in. We advised no to memory foam so she showed us the range of pocket sprung, letting us try each one. We did keep returning to one in particular and settled on the ‘Revive’ mattress, we also liked the fact that it was a recycled product. We asked about ottoman bed frames and Rebecca again showed us a complete range. She was patient and attentive when we needed it, but also let us browse a little by ourselves. The sale was straightforward and we were offered a choice of delivery dates. The Dreams store and it’s mattress machine (sorry, I can’t remember what it was called) was recommended to us by my sister and niece and we would have no hesitation in recommending it, and your store, to others.

Initially I had no idea what I was looking for. The staff member greeted me, seemed to understand immediately that I had no idea and took charge in the best way possible. We must have spent 90 minutes in the shop but we were never rushed. She understood what we wanted, didn't try to force our hand on anything and the whole experience was lovely. As long as there are shops and staff like this, shops will never die.

Charlotte was highly professional and friendly and had excellent product knowledge, which enabled us to make bedding choices which we are excited about receiving. We have been telling friends and family about our excellent experience and would instantly recommend the store to people who are looking for a new bed.
