When walking into the store we weren't over whelmed by someone greeting us wanting to do a sales pitch right off the bat. We were greeted politely and asked if we needed any help, as we we were unsure at the time, the team member said its no problem, take a few minutes, if you need anything, ill come back. After a few minutes the team member walked back over to us after we had time to have a little look around ourselves. When it came to helping us choose a mattress, the team member was very polite and was very patient

The gentleman that dealt with me first time when I came in was very helpful, the gentleman who helped sort out my order was polite, helpful and very good at his job. He advised me on the best things for my back and made ordering my new mattress very easy

The staff were lovely, friendly and even offered us a drink whilst we talked, they took the time to go over what they thought would be best suited for me, and as someone with health conditions that can be effected by my sleep it was reassuring to be given an in depth explanation of what each mattress was like (the same for the pillows). They tried to accommodate for the price range whilst still keeping my needs in mind too, which was great as most salesmen try to oversell their most pricey products so they really came across as trying to get the best product for you specifically.

From stepping into your Stockton store we were treated with experienced and very courteous members of staff. They explained things clearly to us and helped us decide what items were the best buys for us. We were even offered a cup of tea/coffee. I cannot give your staff a better recommendation.

I knew what bed I wanted before coming to the store as i seen it on the website. I was pleased to see it on display in the store so I was able to view it in person. This confirmed that this bed was my right choice so agreed to purchase it there and then. Very quick and helpful service in making the sale. Looking forward to its delivery to my new home.
