Well i don’t really know what to say, i was greeted by the lovely lady that helped me from start to finish. She was so very patient and very helpful and understanding my finance, so gave me a variety of prices to suit me. I am very happy with what i have come away with for the price and it’s being delivered in 2 weeks so very lucky on delivery. I would recommend dreams to anyone!!

Great service by Sophie who was very helpful in finding something suitable for our elderly mum.

I was highly satisfied because the assistant who served us was brilliant. He was excellent at meeting our specific needs and this was paramount rather than an assistant who was pushing the product. The outcome was we bought more product than we came into the store to buy at this particular time. I was so impressed with Kane ( aka Carl) in the Exeter store. Have to say he is the best who floor assistant that I have encountered for a long time. Thank you Kane Hilary

Dreams staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable, spending time to listen to my specific needs from a new mattress. After a session on the special machine that identifies best mattress choices, I had a shortlist of different mattresses to try, at different prices. I was able to take my time trying out different mattresses and was able to narrow it down between two. I also had a very good mug of tea!

It was a very efficient few hours spent with Dale.

We was initially greeted by Dale who welcomed us with great enthusiasm and introduced us to the sleep match bed machine which was very informative and a great touch on what was potentially going to be a minefield of choices were was shown the selection of mattress in good time whilst dale focused on our issues to find a solution. We found the perfect mattress and later phoned to buy the bed which we had chosen previously. We found it to be a great buying experience from dale and the rest of the staff in the shop and its evident the staff at Exeter are very passionate about there work and are a credit to the Dreams network.

(AKA) Carl was an amazing customer host. I say that because he was not a salesman, and had he been, i don't think Dreams would have received all the business they did from us. His approach was consultative, understanding our needs, and recommending the most efftictive products to satisfy them. We were given great understanding of the sleep theory, and how the products he was suggesting would impact our lives in a very positive way.

Highly satisfied mainly due to the excellent customer service we received, Dale was very knowledgeable and took the time to look into the best product to suit our needs. As some products were not available, either at all or for a long waiting time, Dale offered many different alternatives until we found the options perfect for us. We never felt pressured and really felt that Dale was there to help us find the best product not just make a sale. We were offered different priced products not just the most expensive ones. Very happy with the service and we will be highly recommending to friends and family.

There were no other customers in the store to start with, which made me feel safer with Covid back. The assistant was very friendly, listened and asked questions to find what I was looking for. I've battled years of discomfort in bed after being advised to go for a firm bed for arthritis. Kane suggested the analytical bed to lie on and the beds suggested were medium, which backed up his advise.
