On arrival staff are always ready to meet and greet you in a friendly manner, they listen to the individual needs and help as best they can , as well as offering a Tea or coffee or even a juice .. Delivery times always appear to be in a timely manor not keeping customers waiting form much longer than a week but also Dreams try to accommodate a delivery that best suits the customer .. I am a support worker to which one of my vulnerable adults came to the Exeter store to purchase a lovely bed and mattress both in store staff and the guys who deliver and make the beds were excellently thoughtful to my service users needs . . Always recommend a purchase from Dreams due the service and products received. I have just purchased yet another bed for my son delivery is the 16/2/2022 ..

We were greeted by Carl as we walked in, he was with another couple, no one else was available but he said, take a seat and he would be with us shortly. We walked around the store and within 10 minutes he was with us

The sales lady talked to us and not at us giving us a welcome meeting and asked us what we wanted. Having given us many options we came to the product which we felt best which was agreed by us all.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, we didn't feel pressured into anything, but ended up buying a premium product on the day, after plenty of time to make informed decisions.

We were served by Kane, AKA Carl, in your Exeter store. He put us at ease straight away, conducted himself very professionally and was extremely knowledgeable regarding not only the products but also the science of sleep.

Enter the store, the assistant, Sophie came straight over and we discussed our needs. Within a matter of minutes she helped us with a new bed and new mattress. Then, in a few moments we had paid for the bed and arranged delivery. Very friendly and efficient young lady.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, very helpful and made sure our product came quick and on a day of our choosing. We got a great deal and Jackie was great.
