Efficient , not bothered by sales staff but assistance given when needed

The Sales Assistant was extremely professional & was not too pushy, he gave us the time to ask questions & then space to discuss things just between my wife & I. We took a long time to make up our minds & he did not seem bothered by this & remained very patient. In the end we decided to buy the new bed & he even stayed past the store closing time to set up the order on the system. I think his name was Kane & he was at the Exeter store, very nice guy & knowledgeable about the products.

We came into the store after browsing online the mattress I was looking for.The girl assistant,sorry didn’t get her name was extremely helpful.I had forgotten a mask, she said no problem, cleaned her hands put on gloves and I received a new mask to wear. The mattress I was looking for was in store, selected it and went straight over to sort out payment,it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thank you for your great staff,I am now awaiting my delivery for next week.
