Prompt and friendly service from Sophie, didn’t have to wait long to get on the mattress assessor and plenty of choice.

My sleep expert Jackie at the Exeter store of Dreams greeted me upon entering the store. Jackie listened to me and let me try the mattress I had viewed on line. Then Jackie suggested the Sleepmatch. Jackie guided me through, after selecting a pillow for me based on my sleeping mostly on my back. Jackie returned when Sleepmatch was done. Jackie offered me a hot or cold drink. We then tried all recomendations of Sleepmatch. Each time bringing the pillow for me. I decided upon a recommendation made by Jackie. I made an order, this was done by Jackie. Communication and customer service from Jackie was second to none. Jackie went above and beyond with her knowledge and customer service.

Dale was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and gave us all the information we needed and was very helpful. He was friendly and courteous but gave us space to look without feeling harassed.

The store was well laid out and we were not bothered when looking for our mattress we then asked for assistance from Robert who was verry good at explaining things that were asked of him so we now wait for delivery to try out our purchase We were well pleased with shopping at Dreams

Store was beginning to get busy manager came over for brief chat to see what we were looking for and then assigned us Kane as soon as he was free. Did the bed test and tested the recommended options. Kane then let us decide but if we had questions he was near enough to ask without being intrusive
