The staff at the store were very friendly and curious. The salesperson, Kane, was very knowledgeable about the products available and took time to discuss our individual requirements. Kane was professional and somewhat old school which we liked. We waited for Kane as he was also looking after other clients and were happy to place an order for our bed. I was shopping for a mattress for the first time in my life and had no idea where to start, after going to dreams and speaking with the very friendly staff and using the sleepmatch tech they were able to walk me through recommendations and based off my feedback help refine their recommendation until we eventually found the right mattress.

We were very impressed by the whole experience. Really liked the bed test to find which mattress was best for us. The knowledge of the assistant and there was absolutely no hard sell.

The salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy for a sale and let us take as much time as we wanted without interferring.

The store is well laid out, it's easy to get around to see everything. We were helped by Kane (aka Carl), he was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. He explained about all the different types of mattresses and pillows to make sure we choose the correct one to suit us. He also got us to use the diagnostic bed to see the best beds for us. We ordered our mattress (tempur cool touch cloud) and received two pillows that were recommended, also a base for the mattress. This was all done trouble free and we choice our delivery date, Kane was professional and extremely personable, the whole process was easy. I would not hesitate to recommend any friends or family to visit Dream Exeter and be served by Kane (aka Carl). Thank you Mrs Tina Hart.
