I was greeted as I went into the store and safety procedures were explained before discussing my requirements. I had been into the store before and this was remembered by the lady who served me and my wife. Great product knowledge.

Great customer service - especially impressed that I was offered a bottle of water to help with my frequent hot flushes, which, in combination with mask-wearing, gets claustrophobic. Good to be assisted by someone with some empathy for my condition, Jackie. For me it would have been helpful to have mattresses ordered in store so that soft mattresses were adjacent, not apparently 'scattered around'.

Tatum was there immediately that l entered the store and was quick to take me to the bed that chose the 3 bed s most suitable for me . I then tested them and made my decision. We then went to pay and transaction was completed. All very efficiently.

because the staff didn't pressure us into buying anything, they were incredibly informative and knowledgeable and clearly there main focus was giving us a product that we would be happy with. they gave us a broad spectrum of what products we could afford from budget items to almost top of the line. nothing was too much to ask and the staff clearly were understanding of our needs and were willing to take the time with us untill we found a product in our own time that we were happy with and you just can't ask for anything more when you receive that kind of service.
