Assistant was highly skilled and very helpful in her approach to us. She was obviously very busy with phone enquires which introduced some delays but she handled the situation very well. Overall our experience was vey good.

Great customer service - especially impressed that I was offered a bottle of water to help with my frequent hot flushes, which, in combination with mask-wearing, gets claustrophobic. Good to be assisted by someone with some empathy for my condition, Jackie. For me it would have been helpful to have mattresses ordered in store so that soft mattresses were adjacent, not apparently 'scattered around'.

I was greeted as I went into the store and safety procedures were explained before discussing my requirements. I had been into the store before and this was remembered by the lady who served me and my wife. Great product knowledge.
