excellent service throughout, the sleepmatch experience was very interesting and the Dream colleague had excellent knowledge. we were carefully guided through the process and there was no pressure to make the purchase there and then but we were more than happy to do so.

The manager and an assistant could not have been more helpful and listened to my needs. I bought the bed at Exeter store on Marsh Barton estate and was served by Rob the manager and a young man whose surname is Nolan. A great shopping experience. Thank you Dreams. Dorothy Martin

We rang up to clarify product availability and the member of the team dealt with our enquiry very efficiently. We then drove to the store and selected the items we wanted to buy and agreed a price. All dealt with very professionally. We had visited Dreams earlier in the year and had not received this quality of service, so this experience was a massive improvement.
