Dale was superb. His product knowledge and service was fantastic. He made us feel at ease with purchasing our mattress and wasn't pushy at all. Definitely an asset to your company! We were also delighted the mattress we chose and look forward to it arriving in seven days (super quick)

The two chaps who served us (Rob and Kane in Exeter) were highly knowledgeable, were polite, courteous and respectful. They weren’t pushy at all but gave a full range of options, all the information we needed and left us to decide. They even offered us tea and were overall a real credit to the company!

Kayne in the Alphington store was very informative and listened to all my needs and requirements. He then went onto allow me to use the system which deems which mattress could be suited but whilst using this for guidance didn't depend on the system and still listened to my needs. Kayne then went onto offer me a most expensive, middle range and cheapest without having to delve into my budget but being budget friendly. Kayne also offered me refreshments on multiple occasions. Friendly, informative but not pushy!

From the minute we walked through the door we had a very warm welcome, our needs were taken into consideration, the staff member listened to what we wanted and were were shown a range of products for all different budgets so we could make a decision not just based on comfort but also on price. Once shows all products that would suit our needs we were left to try out the products once more and make our own decision without being pushed into the sale.

We were greeted by Dale when we visited, he was so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. His customer service was the best we've ever been given. The shop was very clean, had disabled friendly toilets and parking. Couldn't fault our visit and would definitely come back again as well as recommend to friends and family. The knowledge and the professional way in witch the salesman handled our requirements . We never felt pressured in any way and all our questions were answered in a very knowledgeable way.

The colleague (Sophie) who assisted me with my search for, and purchase of, a mattress was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable dealing with her and confident that I was given all the information and assistance I needed. I did not feel pressured at all and Sophie made the whole experience both relaxing and a pleasure.

I was pleased with every aspect of the visit to your store. The assistant Rob was kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I easily found the mattress I was looking for and the assistant named Jackie who completed the purchase, was friendly and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Jackie was very knowledgeable and talked through the process well to help us choose the correct mattered.
