went instore looking for new bed, walked around store several times trying out beds, it took over 30mins for someone to come over and see us and then it was only a lady offering tea or coffee. waited a further 15mins before someone came over and offered help

Not as good an experience as I had been led to believe from your effusive advertisments.Very mundane. Also I purchased an expensive bed and at no time was I informed that it really needed a certain mattress cover and no offer to purchase one.

Well, We went to Exeter Dream Bed Shop. We want to order the bed but the manager had been sorted it out for us to payment every months from Creations but the manager asked how much per month (our income) etc etc. Then, he sent off but failed through then he rang to Creations or something like that but the person told the manager and he wont accepted by Manager's voice over and wont listen Manager's voice but Creations manager or someone want to talk to me (Mr Mervyn Frost) but the shop manager explanation Creations and said Mr Mervyn Frost IS DEAF!! but Creations manager is VERY VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND BIGGEST DISCRIMANATION!! The manager from Dreams Bed told us that he was VERY DISAPPOINTED and he tried to explain Creations but Creations man WON'T LISTEN and HE WANT TALK TO MR MERVYN FROST!! but the manager from Dreams told him twice MERVYN CANT PHONE AND CANT TALK BECAUSE MERVYN IS DEAF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Creations manager is VERY VERY THICK HIS HEAD!! HE IS VERY VERY STUPID! AWFUL TO MADE MR FROST'S UPSETTING AND VERY VERY VERY VERY ANGRY!! BECAUSE MERVYN CANT HEAR THE VOICE OVER ON THE PHONE! The manager from Dreams was not happy angry too

After an initial visit to store at the weekend when I was impressed with the service but needed time to consider my choice, I tried calling the store 5 times to place the order, getting the answerphone message each time. I then visited the store to make the purchase and was waiting for over 5 minutes whilst the only store assistant finished her cup of tea with 2 customers discussing their dogs. The assistant didn’t once look at me to acknowledge me, or suggest I take a seat whilst I waited, this was despite one of the customers looking at me and saying “oh we’re holding you up”, she replied don’t you worry. If I had more time, I would have taken my business elsewhere but fortunately for Dreams on this occasion, I was short of time. I will be needing to purchase 2/3 more beds within the next 12 months and it’s incredibly unlikely I’ll be returning to dreams for those.

I was informed I would receive a call as there was an issue with availability, no call. When I called the system was down, so that's my problem now is it, no I will find out and contact you soon should have been the response. Now I will call tomorrow and see what the response/excuse will be this time.

On the 10.12.2019 I visited Dreams Exeter store and was served by Kane. From the beginning I explained to your sale representative Kane that the goods are for two holiday-lets and that I was expecting guests during the week of 14.1.2020. I was shown on the computer screen that the stock was available. I was informed that the delivery department would contact me by telephone in the first week of January in respect of the exact date and time of the delivery for the following week, the second week of Jan 2020. I was also informed that if the prices of the order go down over the Christmas period my order will reflect them. On a promise of good service and in good faith I made the order and paid the deposit. No-one contacted me at the beginning of January hence I checked on line. To my horror I discovered that the delivery has been scheduled for 21.2.2020!!! I immediately contacted the Exeter store. I was told that on the 18.12.2019 I was sent and email in respect of the scheduled delivery. I have checked and confirm I have not received that purported email. I have spoken to Kane to resolve the matter without success and since Friday the 3.1.2020 I have not heard anything.
