It was really fine overall... I was just buying a mattress though so the words 'highly satisfied' seem somewhat over the top! Store manager was entertaining and informative, not too pushy and flexible enough for my needs and budget!

I felt in the way the individual beds were labelled made is slightly confusing when comparing it with beds seen in other retailers. I not sure without speaking to an shop assistant I would be able to work out the difference in the quality against price.

The exclusion of these items from the SALE notice; which is the first thing you see as you approach the entrance. A loaded question! How on earth can I say if I have got value for money until the products have been tried and tested.

The display bed was not fully functional secondly the issues that I had had been addressed by UN upgrade which I clarified by calling the customer service. I then informed the store staff. Eg. Height of bed and smart tv. Both were not available in store or online on the Alexander tv bed . Online the tv is only hd led not smart. The ottoman option is 3.5 inches higher. These were critical to my decision.

I would never give highly satisfied to every thing because there is always room for improvement somewhere.

I think I have said I am highly satisfied to most questions. With regard to price I think one can always wish things were cheaper.

We ordered the item in store, when paying for it the item size was not checked so when I had paid it was then noticed and I had to wait for someone to correct the order and then pay the extra, this took 10 more minutes however the assistant was very apologetic.

Tried to access my order online to change the delivery slot and could not access order. Called the store - did receive a callback but was not as speedy as I would have liked although I realise it was sale time and the store was busy. This is also why I was not highly satisfied as the staff were busy so a wait was involved ...there were quite a few customers waiting ...it was not a long wait but a wait none the less.

We did have to wait a little while for the customer adviser we were dealing with to come back to us, we could have dealt with someone else, but given how helpful Clare had been, we felt it worth waiting for her to complete our order.
