Everything was good apart from the fact that the bed on display had a split soft and medium mattress. When we went to order it turned out that for the double size this does not exist. This is more a problem with the manufacturer than anything to do with the store or the person who served us.

I am iritated by marketing techniques that try to fool customers into thinking they are getting a better price than they thought, for instance by price everything to £99 instead of £100, and by constantly fiddling with "sales" just like a supermarket. We're not fools and Dreams were lucky to get my business.

I suppose that we are still wary about our previous experience with Dreams where customer services did not reply to my email regarding a previous large purchase

The assistant was very knowledgeable but seemed focused on us purchasing the tempur mattress and never got to look at anything else. I’m happy with my purchase but having at least one other option would have been nice.

It was not the shop or the staff im just hard to impress as a person I needed a bed and mattress and thats what i got.

The sales assistant was a tiny bit pushy to try and sell me items that I did not want. Just came in for a mattress and mattress protector and she tried to sell me pillows and a duvet too. When I clearly stated that we did not need a duvet.
