The product and the staff member where great but some of the pillows had a nasty smell which I feel is not a good start if you want to put your head on it to try out the mattress

The first time I came in was told various things when I came back to purchase bed & mattress was lots of little extras I hadn’t been told about on previous visit which bumped the price up considerably.

Staff were great, the up to 60% off promotion only applied to a few things in store so that could have been clearer

Overall was very good and the store were very accommodating. The time for the ordering process was a little longer than we would have hoped (we had young children with us so speed is always better).

Because I am very fussy.

Quick simple & easy to order, good choice of colours available

The item I purchased was good value for money, & was what I required for my house, delivery was at my requested time scale

Customer service was excellent, just a bit more expensive than expected

There was information missing in terms of the environmental impact of the product and when asking staff they had no info e.g. how the fabric was made, its carbon footprint, whether wood was more sustainable than a fabric bed etc
